How do I restore my purchased credits?

If you've purchased credits through the app, you can restore them using the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings. Make sure you're using the same Apple ID account where you made the purchase.

Can I use photos or voices of other people?

You can only use photos or voice recordings if you have explicit written consent from the person. Using someone's face or voice without permission is illegal and violates our terms. We take this very seriously.

How long does it take to generate a video?

Video generation typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on the video length, avatar quality, and current server load. You can monitor progress in the app.

Will my data be used to train AI models?

No. We do not use your uploaded photos, voice samples, or generated content to train AI models. We do not use your data for advertising or any purpose other than generating your requested content.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your CloneX account anytime through the app:

Settings → Delete Account

Account deletion permanently removes:

  • • Your account information and credentials
  • • All uploaded photos and voice samples
  • • Generated videos and saved content
  • • Voice clones and custom avatars
  • • Subscription and payment records

⚠️ This action is irreversible. Download your videos before deleting your account.

Technical Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • • At least 100MB free storage
  • • Internet connection (WiFi recommended)
  • • 2GB RAM minimum

Recommended Specs

  • • iOS 15.0 or later
  • • 500MB free storage
  • • High-speed internet (10+ Mbps)
  • • 4GB RAM or more

💡 Tip: For best results, ensure good lighting and use a front-facing camera when taking photos for avatar generation.

Troubleshooting

Video generation failed

Check your internet connection and ensure you have sufficient credits. Try the video again.

App keeps crashing

Update to the latest version. Clear the app cache: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → CloneX → Offload App, then reinstall.

Credits not restoring

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Ensure you're using the correct Apple ID account.

Poor video quality

Use a clear photo with good lighting. Avoid blurry or low-resolution images.
