By accessing or using CloneX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (EULA). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
You agree to use CloneX only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You retain all rights to photos, voice recordings, and scripts you upload. By using CloneX, you grant us a limited license to:
We do not use your content to train AI models, for advertising, or for any other purpose.
You own the videos and content generated through CloneX. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws. Repeated violations may result in account termination.
When you upload a photo containing a face:

CloneX integrates with the following third-party services:
Processes your photo to generate the talking-video animation.
Generates synthetic speech or voice clones from your audio sample.
Stores user authentication, app data, and metadata securely.
Stores and serves your generated videos and media files.
Processes all payments securely through Apple's system.
These third parties are contractually bound to process data only for the purpose of generating your requested content. They have their own privacy policies.
CloneX's design, features, technology, and underlying algorithms are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or extract any proprietary technology.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloneX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts where CloneX operates.
